Returns of goods also take place to this address – please note that we do not accept packages sent on delivery. Return can also be done by refusing to receive or deliver the item in person to us. It is not a requirement, but the expedition is promoted if complete information accompanies the package – for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number for the bank account to which the refund can be made, a copy of any prior correspondence, etc.<\/p>\n
